Exploring new techniques and ideas to push my skills and grow as an artist

BEYOND EXTENT CHallenge

2025

I took part of a community challenge organized by Beyond Extent, where I joined a small team of four artists to build a complete realtime environment within a four-week timeframe.

It was a great opportunity to collaborate closely, exchange workflows, and push our technical and creative limits under real production pressure.

Despite the tight schedule and the team adjustment mid-project, we managed to deliver a finished and visually consistent environment. It was a rewarding experience that highlighted the value of teamwork, flexibility, and clear communication.

"Echoes of the past"

ABANDONED HOSPITAL

2025

This personal project explores the process of recreating a realistic interior environment based on a single concept reference.

My main goal was to match the source image faithfully while applying a modular design approach to ensure flexibility and optimization.

All the assets, shaders and textures were created from scratch, and the scene was assembled and rendered in Unreal Engine 5.

This project allowed me to refine my workflow from blockout to lighting and final presentation, focusing on achieving a believable atmosphere through composition, material definition and subtle storytelling.

Desolux gas station

2024

The main goal was to bring the concept art to life in 3D, keeping the original mood intact while expanding the scene into a complete real-time environment.

Being my first Unreal Engine 5 project, it gave me the chance to test the latest features, Nanite, Lumen, and world partition, and integrate them into a functional workflow.

Lighting was a key creative focus: I built three different scenarios: day, sunset, and night. To explore how light can transform the story and atmosphere of the same space.

This project improved my understanding of lighting, composition and real-time rendering optimization within Unreal Engine 5.

PUBG DUNE BUGGY

2024

This project is a personal reinterpretation of the Dune Buggy from PUBG, aiming to bring the design into a more realistic and detailed visual style while remaining true to the original model.

The entire vehicle was created from scratch, including the high and low-poly modeling, UV unwrap, baking and texturing.

The goal was to enhance the piece through a complete PBR workflow, focusing on believable material definition, realistic surface wear, and well-balanced roughness values. All textures were produced in Substance 3D Painter, and the asset was fully optimized for real-time in-engine use.

forgotten memories

2022

This was my final project during my studies, creating an environment set in an abandoned mansion for a zombie gameplay scenario. While it may not reflect my current visual standards, it serves as a reminder of my starting point in 3D environment art.

Looking back allows me to appreciate how far I’ve come and reinforces the value of growth and perseverance. This project isn’t about visual perfection, but about recognizing the foundation of my journey and the evolution that continues to fuel my passion for creating immersive game worlds.
